This album seeks to be a comprehensive look back across the past ten years of life at The Trunk Space.

By its very nature it will be incomplete, there are so many incredible musicians and performers who we couldn't reach or were otherwise unavailable.

When listening, you'll hear that there isn't much in the way of stylistic or genre conformity throughout these nearly 60 tunes.
I'm proud of that.

We've tried to live up to the Vaudeville eclecticism that inspired us.
The story of The Trunk Space, if it has one, isn't about being punk, or indie, or twee, or folk, or alt, or any label like that. It's about a small group of people who showed up to try making a new thing, to see something different, and how that group came together and grew and helped make our arms bigger, to embrace more ideas and influences.
I hope you'll be impressed by how good these compositions are. When people compliment The Trunk Space and thank us for what we do, I like to remind them: We are only as good as the people we work with, and the talent shows here.

Thank you everyone who pitched in to make this box set, thank you everyone who has worked with us the past decade, thank you everyone who came to our shows, thank you anyone who wrote or said nice things about The Trunk Space, who donated to our fundraiser.
